What is microencapsulated flavor?

Twenty years ago Firmenich introduced the first fragrance technology for fabric care - microencapsulated fragrances, redefining the long-term freshness of washing products for the daily chemical industry. From 2009 to 2012, Firmenich launched microencapsulated fragrances for body care (lotions) and for personal cleansing products (shampoos, body washes).

Microcapsule essence is suspended in water in a concentrated way. In order to disperse it evenly into laundry detergent, softening agent, shower gel and other base materials, it is recommended to pre-disperse microcapsule essence when adding it to water. Use a disc-shaped dispersion paddle and stir at high speed for 10 minutes until it is evenly dispersed. When the microcapsule essence is added to the water-containing base material, it can resist high shear force well and will not be damaged.

A:It adds up a little bit, but it doesn't make a big difference. Ordinary liquid flavor mainly emits aroma during dry smelling products and washing process, while microcapsule flavor releases aroma by light touch or friction after drying on the washing surface.

A: During washing, microencapsulated fragrances from detergents (laundry detergents, body washes, shampoos, etc.) are deposited on the fabric, skin, or hair. Q: How much aroma is used in the laundry gel? Do I need to add suspension and shading agents?
A:Because the laundry coagulant is basically a water-less/water-free system, and the microcapsule essence is water-based dispersion, a certain amount of suspension agent needs to be added to the coagulant to form a structure, and the microcapsule essence is stably suspended and dispersed in the system.
Shading agent mainly depends on the appearance requirements of different customers, microcapsule essence dispersed in the bead will have an impact on transparency to a certain extent, if you accept this translucent state, do not add shading agent can also be.
